Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB)

The PRTB is a the body which adjudicates in relation to difficulties tenants and landlords may be having.  If there is a dispute this is the place to go.

Claiming your tax back on your rentIf you have been in rented accommodation and have also being pay tax in the same year you may be entitled to some tax relief.  If you go to the revenue website your can download information there:

Personal Health and Welfare at College

If you need to talk to someone or are having difficulties, the following websites or information may also be of use to you.  If you have any problems while at college please let us know and we will help or refer you to help.  The Student Services building on the north campus is home to a range of services where you can help help and/or information.
